78 years. Since 1929 Genco Masonry has worked hard to be the kind of masonry contractor that makes Washington D.C. proud. Genco Masonry is one of Washington’s oldest and largest masonry contractors. Genco Masonry’s, more than 2400 projects and well over one and one half billion (1,500,000,000+) brick are impressive numbers. But they are only numbers. Because Genco Masonry is trying to become (if we’re not already) the finest masonry contractor in Maryland, D.C. and Virginia. Why are we trying to be the finest? Because Genco is people. It’s always been that way. Our people have always built our buildings… brick-by-brick. Since 1929 our people have made the difference, because we are better trained, better managed and more involved in each building project.

Brick, all types of concrete block, glass block, brick paving, concrete interlocking paving, masonry restoration and concrete restoration are the trades or services that Genco Masonry provides. A sampling of current Genco projects includes: Camden Potomac Yards, King Street Arts Center, The Palatine, Lionsgate and One Park Crest, prominent restorations, residences, paving, schools or universities, and much more.
